I’m making this shore to the point. I call in to let Allstate know my son had pass away and that I’ll be going to out of town. This was around set tomorrow when my son passed away in November me and my wife. I asked them if I could pay once in town I did make the payment in November I was told Not to worry about D December just make a payment in January. They still did not give me a day. My insurance was canceled What I found out yesterday, January 3, 2026 it has been already been canceled on 2025 of December after I was told I could pay in January 2026 wow something needs to be done about this and I going to do all I can. I was lie to and because of it I have no car insurance My driver license will be suspended because of lack of communication and understanding on their end. Read the reviews and believe the reviews!!!! Prior to my husband choosing this business I read the reviews. I warned him to steer clear but for some reason he went against my better judgement.<br><br>To keep this brief, the original quote was over $18k, and my husband arrived to the shop with a truck that was able to carry a load, actually he had just delivered a load prior to driving to the repair shop. They were supposed to have a diagnosis the next day, lo and behold, that didn't happen. After sitting over the weekend, my husband called on Monday. Take it, I asked him again to get the truck back due to the fact this process was already making me feel uneasy.<br><br>Fast forward to two weeks later, almost $8k to the shop, we were both fed up because EVERYDAY after the truck was supposedly repaired, they LITERALLY would come up with another excuse or ISSUE. We thought we would be able to drive the truck from the shop but it would not make it, we had another $500 tow bill to pay.<br><br>Stay clear of this shop UNLESS you have did business in the past with them. Like I told Ray I don't know how he sleeps at night because it's no way anyone would pay $8k for a truck repair if they would not be able to drive it again until they put the extra $10k in repairs (clearly that is their game, they give you a high quote, if you don't fix every issue and ask them to fix what you think will work after consulting with them, they continue to lie and tell you it's working but something else is wrong until you pay what they wanted you to pay from the beginning). And trust me, he kept referring back to the original quote.<br><br>My advice, if you are forced to do business here, CYA, and get everything in writing via email. Do not call and talk because he tried to convince me that my husband agreed to the repairs although he knew it would not correct his problems.<br><br>Shame on them, I am a firm believer Karma is a 'you know what'!
