A1 towing was out to get me within 20-30 min my tire blew out I was stuck on the side of the road after work they were the only company that could be out there in 30 min or less. The driver took me and my car to my tire shop and he was super nice and helpful and I love how fast they got me and didn't make me sit on a busy road to wait to hours to a tow truck. My 2nd time using them great tow company

I was just about running out of gas when I made it to my house. I contacted FIC Roadside Assistance for a fuel delivery. I was contacted very quickly by Jackson asking how he could help. I explained I was going to have family bring a gas can but they were unable to. Jackson called me this morning to say he was outside ready with some fuel. I was embarrassed and told him I don’t have cash. He said no problem, I could use a card! He poured in the fuel and indicated I should get more as soon as possible. He couldn’t have been nicer. If I need assistance in the future, my first call will be to A-1 Towing Service of Alachua and I hope Jackson is on duty!

Excellent and fast service. The owner, Harry, is very kind and helpful when I called and told them my car situation. They got my car towed within 30 minutes of calling. As a young girl, car mishaps are my worst nightmare, but A-1 Towing made it so easy and hassle-free. The driver was incredibly friendly and gave me a ride nearby. Would recommend to anyone in the area! I also heard they do long-distance towing!
