5 Stars ***** Front the beginning of my experience with Toys for Trucks, it was clear that the staff was knowledgeable, willing to over communicate, and simply friendly. I have a Chevy 1500 that I was looking to lift (3.5” rough country suspension lift), put tires on (Nitto 35”) and put a Borla exhaust system on. I provided all parts and was able to give them details about them before scheduling my service. I received a quote same day and got a brief overview of the work to be completed with considerations about the fit and look. During the install, I received multiple text updates with pictures, a before/after video of the exhaust sound, and regular check ins making sure I liked how things were turning out. After the install, the tires were rubbing against the Upper Control Arms. The techs explained what was happening, why it was happening, and how they were going to fix it: 2” spacers, recommended by Rough Country. They got the spacers overnighted in, installed them right away, communicated with pictures the change to the fit, and made sure I was aware as soon as the truck was ready. TL;DR: the team at Toys for Trucks is attentive and informative, and they deliver a hell of an experience and proven results. Absolutely would take any future vehicles back to them for work. Ari and his team did an amazing job on my bed spray and topper! Went out this morning after some very heavy rains, and it was bone dry!! Customer service and communication were top notch. Would highly recommend these guys.
