I bought a car from an elderly friend who used to swear by this shop. So you won't have a record of Sun N Tan at your location, because I want it that way. This review is based upon the quality of workmanship and lack of troubleshooting ability this location has. He paid $2800 for a new AC system. We both are retired so we drive very little, it mostly sits in a garage. I drove it only 5,000 miles in 1 year, just out of warranty. Lucky you and your policies.<br>The AC compressor seized. Moisture destroyed the dryer, lines, condenser, and compressor. They didn't vacuum the moisture out and they didn't flush it.<br>They talked him into replacing everything and not just the compressor and related parts. The end result didn't give any benefit but to hose someone for $2,800. ONLY contamination would cause this. Did Gatto's draws a vacuum for 30 - 60 minutes?<br>The lessons we both learned;<br>Gatto's will fix any car for more than its book value.<br>$2,800 is about all the car is worth.<br>We had another shop verify what Gatto's did wrong.<br>They'll blame anything else but themselves.<br>$2800 down the drain. Improper installation, and diagnosis.<br>Kiwi is a fruit. Corporate office isn't doing anything for us but wanting this review to disappear.

Gatto’s Hibiscus best customer care in the area shout out to Darcy she always takes time to listen and breakdown the details of my concerns- the techs addressed my car needs right away and even got me with no appt when my car oil leaked from my vehicle they fixed the issue the same day and sent me on my way. Techs are knowledgeable and communicate the best options for repairs and recommendations. As my car is an older model I am very particular on the service I seek and trust so thank you Gatto’s.

Transmission range sensor had to be replaced. I got the quote for the work about 2 months ago but they still honored the price. Kept in contact with me once the part was ordered and arrived. Professional and friendly.
