My mom and her husband bought me four used tires from them back in December. I’m slowly having to have them all replaced because they were 6 years old & dangerous to be on my vehicle. Unfortunately, they paid $300 or more for them. The worst part is when I went back to talk to them about it They were rude and hateful. After getting them put on initially, we heard very loud clanks underneath the vehicle. I pulled over to make sure my wheels weren’t falling off. Some of the balancing weight weights had flung off. I went back to address the extreme vibration & They refused to check them without me paying an additional $40. The owner told the guy to check it out for me after I wouldn’t leave, but only the front tires-they refused to check the back tires. I get buying used tires is a gamble, but it was their lack of customer service or give a crap that bothered me. Especially after admitting the balancing weights were likely put on incorrectly and that’s why they flew off. My car was shaking like crazy!! Attached picture of second tire needing replaced 2 months after purchase. I took it to Henson in Dalton. The people down there were wonderful. They showed me the huge lump in my tire and offered me an amazing deal on some tires to help me out since we had just spent so much.<br><br>Go to Henson tire in Dalton for all your tire needs!

Local, friendly, fast, and fair! I’ve used Adams twice recently for unexpected tire issues and have been completely satisfied. They’re even open on Saturdays. Super fast, extremely friendly, 10/10 would highly recommend.
