Had to get my car towed to Frank’s due to a leak coming from my rear brakes. I told them I only wanted to fix the leak and if I needed new brakes I have someone else to do them for me. They inspected all 4 of my brakes which I did not ask them to do and they told me for me to be able to drive it out I would need to replace everything for $700+. Prior to the leak of my brake fluid I had never heard my brakes make any noise and there is no way that the metal was scraping. If the metal were scraping I would’ve been hearing it. I told them to replace the brake cylinder that had broke and put brake fluid in my car to fix the issue. When I came to get my car it had 0 brake fluid in it despite them over charging me for 5 pints of brake fluid when my car only holds 1 pint. I told them my car did not have any brake fluid in it and a technician put brake fluid in my car without bleeding the brakes. This caused an air bubble in my brake line and THAT is the reason the brakes were not working. I had to get it towed somewhere else and once I bled the brakes and put more brake fluid in it was fine. Also I had my brakes checked and the metal wasn’t even scraping. They tried to scare me into spending $700+ on all new brakes I didn’t even need. Also when I came to get my car they were very rude and lied to me saying they heard my brakes scraping whenever there is no way they could’ve heard that anyways since I did not have any grab to the brakes. They have no clue what they are talking about, very rude and unprofessional.Service: Brakes

Gotta love roaming a junk yard. Gotta love being able to go search for the part or parts you need by yourself. I absolutely love going to this place. The prices are extremely reasonable. The only thing I hate is after a day of hunting for parts and finding what you need walking up the hill back to the office. That hill is a fat man killer. And whatever you do, don't smoke and take that hill. But yeah, enjoy yourself.

I like coming in here every now and then. Some of the prices are high, so it's a hit and miss. Patsy is a very sweet lady who is always eager to help her customers. She's the best!

The young long haired guy tried telling me Aluminum beer bottles have to have the cap off...I had 12 hugs bags full. That's their job is to look at what they buy....not mine.this is a low balling scrap yard...just go to biddles where they pay more and don't complain they have to do something extra

For anyone that has a BMW and needs someone with knowledge! This is the place! I am more than pleased with 6the work received as well as the communication received while working on my car. Eduardo Florez knows his stuff and he went above and beyond to fix my car quickly. Took my car to the dealer and all I received for my $736 I paid to them wad theft of my money and a bad diagnosis! This man told me he was 100% sure he could fix my car and he did just that! This is an update, my car is still running fine, but when I went to the garage and picked my car up I was told that he had to remove the dash and Charged me $800. After further examining my car i have determined that the dash had not been removed at all. I came to this conclusion from my prior work done to the car, I had dropped fuses below the fuse panel and they were still there. I know it's the dash had been removed then these fuses would have fallen out, because I had to remove the dash and they then fell out. So I do believe I was overcharged and was deceived.

Bad customer service. Owners flashing there guns very unprofessional. My husband unloaded the truck and placed the scrap on the scale. One of the owners comes outs and says no money. My husband loaded the truck again and took the scrap to Self Recycling Inc .
