If you own your own truck don’t coming your truck here unless your ready to not be working for a while. Truck was having issues getting power couldn’t build rpms so i bring it to this place took them 1 full week to tell me the fuel filter wasn’t installed properly, ok get the truck back 3 days later same problem but worse now, red engine light, truck couldn’t build rpms def lights on bring it back to them turns out according to them my hpfp went out and contaminated my fuel ok I have the ntp warranty..Takes them a month to get my truck back to me which was about 2 weeks ago. And guess what now…yup the truck is having the same issue again not as bad but still the same problem. I will not be Taking my truck back to them and I recommend no one else does as well they won’t give a time frame on how long it will take them to get you back rolling they have no sense of urgency there gonna get there checks every week they could care less if your not getting one because they have your truck n can’t tell you when it’ll be ready

This place is TERRIBLE!! As a truck owner this is the absolute worst place to bring your truck and I will be sure to tell every truck driver that I know. I have brought my truck in multiple times and each time they never identify the real problem and continuously add on more charges instead identifying the real issue. I brought my truck in sometime in November and not even a month later the same issue occurred and I had to spend another $600 to get it towed back to them after they never actually fixed the problem, and they didn’t even offer reimbursement. Now they are telling me it’s actually more issues with my truck which should have ALL been identified when they had my truck less than a month ago. I brought my truck to them last week and they told me it was one issue then 4 days later my truck is still not ready, so I reached out to them and they are telling me it’s a completely different issue now. My truck has been in their possession for over 6 days and they still have not given me an estimate. I have literally been getting the run around from these people. To top off their customer service rep Brittany was extremely rude and not emphatic at all. Instead of showing care and concern she was rude, unprofessional and showed no empathy. You can always tell what type of company it is from dealing with their frontline employees and Brittany made an unpleasant situation even worse. It was so bad that I asked her to speak with the owner and she said there is no owner only corporate, so I asked for the number to corporate and she declined to give it to me, so I had to google the number myself! What an awful experience. I’m disappointed in this company on every level.

This place is horrible to me now after today… I came to pick up my truck after them spending almost two weeks working on it just to find out my bottles of ensure bottles were stolen from somebody in the shop and they turned my APU off leaving all my food to rot in my fridge and freezer they could’ve at least told me to take my food out if I knew they would shut my fridge off. Next time hopefully there’s no next time but I’m definitely having cameras set up.. fridge and freezer smells horrible
