Very rude and unpleasant people A very narrow place where you have to park on the right side, even though there are other free doors,they like to make your life miserable.They treat you like a second-hand person, arrogant forklift drivers who act like bosses.They don't even clean the yard off the snow which make it even harder.Not coming here again.

We needed a battery for our 2014 Audi Q5 and went to O’Reilly and Auto Zone. They couldn’t help us so we came to Napa auto parts in Naperville. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable.
