Big fail since beginning. We had a return visit to fix some issue with the blower on cooling system. First the Advisor was not ready for us. We returned after the part supposed to be purchased. Then he gave us the new appraisal that was not in line with the original one. Just the check in took over an hour.<br>Then we got the call that they did not have the needed part and have to buy it form the dealer store and cost went up add $110.<br>Then when time of pick up came they called that they have lost the freon and it's got to be recharged of course on my expense.<br>They not supposed to touch AC, they did not price it as needed service, they recharged to previously and I paid for it. Now they wanted me to pay one more time for their mistake.<br>Very incompetent crew, lack of reluctance.<br>I took the car as is and won't used those guys ever again.<br>I recharged the coolant on my own.<br><br>Adding this part as I just learned there is no air blow to the windshield. After playing there is no blow to legs, nor windshield. Not sure what they did with blowers but definitely it is not working. My wife usually drives this car, and now with colder weather the windshield glass started to have fog. So, to summarize, the Pep Boys Auto did not repair the issue, they made it worst. I spent over $700 and got the car in worst condition that I brought it in. Never, ever go there!!!

I had a tire I bought at a different Pep Boys that was too far away for me to reasonably return within a day since I work during the week. The system seemed to not want to accept the return, but the manager Ike tried everything he could and eventually contacted IT to get the return accepted. He went above and beyond my expectations and did his best to help. The customer service here is by far the best I've seen from an auto shop.

David and his team were amazing from the very first phone call to recommendations, work and picking up Frankie my Flex. The recommendations for the tires and other issues were promptly taken care of with professionalis, communication and honesty. They are conveniently located near my work which made it easier for dropping off and picking up. Great location and good people :)
