Completely 100% worthless. Pray you never have to deal with them.<br><br>After an accident our truck was towed there.<br><br>Parking lot, drive and walkway were completely covered in ice - they are going to kill someone. Cars pulling in were sliding everywhere, people slipping trying to walk to the office.<br><br>Made it inside with a lot of difficulty. The older lady told us the truck had been towed to another lot. Went outside and called insurance agent, who verified the truck had not been moved.<br><br>Went back inside and talked to someone else - the truck was indeed still there.<br><br>The counter ladies are rude and clueless. An IMPD detective was in there trying to serve a search warrant, they were even rude to him. How does this place stay in business?

Let me start by saying all these bad reviews freaked me out knowing I had to go here to get my mom’s car.<br>The staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman at the desk, the lot driver.. EVERYONE was great to be around. I had never been and got walked through the whole process. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s been that way since I was born! I felt they deserved a good review.
