We were traveling to PA in the black of night for Christmas and hit a light pole, totally wrecking the car. Justin Stougard came out to get us, gave us advice on where to find a rental, and took us to a staging area outside of the lot to wait in warmth for our Lyft.<br><br>We part ways at around midnight and we start to take inventory of everything we got out of our wrecked car only to realize we left my wife's Epilepsy medication. Justin got up at 1am, leaving the warmth of his family at 1am, to find and bring it to us. It was a moment of insane anxiety for us and he absolutely saved our Christmas by doing this simple thing. Mr. Stougard, we wish you a Merry Christmas, and pray you and yours are healthy and rested. We cannot understate how hard you came through for us. Thanks so much.

My girlfriend was in an accident and ricks was well priced, and fast to respond! Justin I believe was the drivers name. He was great! Highly recommend if you need a tow! The officers sent Roy’s out and they was $254 so we declined them and called Rick’s!
