Justin came out quickly and was a more personable and friendly tow driver than I could have ever asked for! Obviously not fun being in a ditch but from the first hand shake to my truck coming out of the ditch it was a great experience. Very nice guy and very good at his job, definitely thankful he was able to come and help out! This guy is a pro with the winch for sure and helped me get back on the road, definitely would recommend!

Had an unfortunate incident tonite when my car blew a steer tire and went off the road and Joe came out and towed it back to his shop and fixed it up for me. I live an hour away and he made sure it was fixed and safe for me to drive home. His response time is impeccable! And he had my car out of the ditch/median in no time flat! He was very quick and efficient. Thank you Joe! You’re the best! 100/100 wouldn’t be enough to rate you and your service!

We had our car parked in long term parking in Eastern Iowa Airport. It broke down on the way to the airport. We were in Virginia Beach, VA so we were unable to do alot. The receptionist was very helpful with trying to help us to get our car going so we could have it going by the time we got back. Without being able to get keys it was more difficult. When we found out we couldn't get a key made in a timely matter. They offered to tow our car from the airport to our home town Dubuque, IA. on Christmas Day. Joe the tow truck driver was also very nice and was there to meet us outside the gate. Thank you very much to Joe's quick tow for a great experience. We will recommend your services.
