Tight but they never close the very end because the plastic string will rip off.Then she mumbled some other stuff I couldn't hear. IF YOU'RE GOING TO INSULT YOUR CUSTOMER, DO IT LOUD ENOUGH TO ELICIT A RESPONSE, show your true colors lady.Last thing, on my way out, maybe she needs to direct that rage at her own driver's.... I saw the Iowa city trash trucks dropping bags and giant steep structures on the drive to the dump and didn't even stop...

Very shady business practices.Waited on the scale a few minutes before giving up and going inside.They won't pay you and they want to hold any money you would've gotten under $10 till you have credits equaling more than $10. Well I was in the process of donating free scrap metal when I was yelled at for putting it where they didn't want. Never do business with a company like this. I should've went to Marion Iron, they would've never treated me like that!
