Justin came out quickly and was a more personable and friendly tow driver than I could have ever asked for! Obviously not fun being in a ditch but from the first hand shake to my truck coming out of the ditch it was a great experience. Very nice guy and very good at his job, definitely thankful he was able to come and help out! This guy is a pro with the winch for sure and helped me get back on the road, definitely would recommend!

We had our car parked in long term parking in Eastern Iowa Airport. It broke down on the way to the airport. We were in Virginia Beach, VA so we were unable to do alot. The receptionist was very helpful with trying to help us to get our car going so we could have it going by the time we got back. Without being able to get keys it was more difficult. When we found out we couldn't get a key made in a timely matter. They offered to tow our car from the airport to our home town Dubuque, IA. on Christmas Day. Joe the tow truck driver was also very nice and was there to meet us outside the gate. Thank you very much to Joe's quick tow for a great experience. We will recommend your services.

Fantastic and friendly. Joe helped me with a one-off heavy lifting job (compressor) on-site safely and smartly like you done it a thousand times before, and he didn't even know who I was. Will definitely hire whenever needed. Highly recommend. Thanks Joe I've been waiting for someone like you to defeat people like Big Ten. (Not that you have to, stay nimble stay strong).
