Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. From my initial phone conversation to the follow up call I received when he was checking to see how the car was driving (and also casually mention that he went ahead and knocked out the two small dents in my bumper), This was one of the most positive experiences I have every had with a mechanic and I am thrilled I have found someone I feel I can really trust. He even noticed my inspection sticker was expired and took care of it. In a world where we can feel customer service is dead, Keith restored my faith that there are still people out there that care.

I have been having problems my air-conditioning for over a month now and fire stone was overcharging me and was not given me a clear answer of what was wrong. I brought it to Mr. Keith he fixed it within one day and gave me a clear understanding of what he was doing. The entire experience was very quick and to the point, but also informative and seem like he cared about fixing my car. Best automotive place in Baton Rouge hands-down.

They fixed what I came for, and on the test drive took it to the state inspection place for me and had it inspected since it was expired...saving me time and hassle. Keith is friendly and informative, and Karlene at the front desk is welcoming. I overheard her saying the mechanics stay with the company for years because they are treated well.
