Sells defective parts and will not correct failed / defective transmission. The transmission has overheated since installed. Retuned vehicle twice and was charged twice on a new transmission that is under warranty that still overheats . This is a mechanic shop you CAN’T trust

Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can’t thank the folks over at Bass enough. Next time I’m coming thru Louisiana I will stop by just to see them. Thank you all again.
