I contacted Capital District Towing just before the recent snow storm to assist with the removal of a truck left for several days in a commercial parking lot. I worked with Eddie, who was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Given the short notice and the timing of the storm, Eddie gave a precise timeframe and kept true to his word. All documentation was emailed shortly after for our records. We very much appreciated their help.
