Absolutely terrible and extremely unprofessional requested a tow and was given a time frame luckily I'm vigilant and I come outside to my car being dragged on a truck with the parking brake on (I'm a mechanic) no notification or anything, not only that after the key was given the driver was unable to drive my four wheel drive truck into the bed reversed off the side and cracked my bumper in the process, and to top everything off they denied any fault or accountability for the condition the vehicle was left in recorded at the DEALERSHIP. Needless to say it's been a long legal process 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hit my car got out saw it got back in continued dropping the vehicle he had on the back of the truck. Witnessed and cameras caught him. The police questioned him He then denied it. Police wrote him a ticket after all the evidence was shown that he couldn’t deny. Worst towing company ever. Don’t use them. Very very dishonest and just a heads up they will lie about their insurance. Their current policy is through Assigned Risk insurance. They switch it all the time to be able to get away with damaging your car and lying about it. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this company? I know firsthand how they do business and they cost me a a ton of hardship.

The dispatch or owner is one of most dishonest and most rude people I’ve encountered. These guys always say they are 5 minutes away no matter what, I waited 7 hours and just canceled it because they told me they were almost there like 3-5 times in that window. Well known around town for having a shady reputation, being lazy, dishonest, and just doing bad business.
