Worst experience with AAA assigning this shop to change a battery in my driveway. Driver Raphael did nothing requested of him. Do not waste your time with Raphael, he is lazy kid, no work ethic. He did not change my battery, told me he would jump my battery so I could drive it to Sam's club, then asked me for jumper cables, tried to get more money then quoted by AAA. Didn't change my battery, complete business failure. AAA is now sending a qualified driver to replace my battery, as originally requested.<br><br>Follow up:<br>AAA sent out another service and the battery was immediately replaced, no questions asked.
