Had an account with them, they didn’t pick up my trash last week bc the end of my rd was closed but you could still gain access from another rd. I called, they told me they aren’t coming and then I asked if they could come get it within the few days.. nope had to wait, well this week was Christmas so I knew it would be late (acceptable) well I canceled with them still have the remaining of my month left. They came got my can and threw my garbage on my lawn. Real professional.

Lexy helped set up my account after county waste completely screwed us for no real reason. Our bins got delivered sooner than the ETA given and first pick up was on time. Our new driver, Mikey, went above and beyond, he is extremely friendly. Their excellent customer service as well as the driver assigned to our route made us wish we made the switch sooner. I've used them for trash and recycling for over a year. My service is consistent and if there is going to be the rare delay (e.g., holiday, major weather event) I am always notified. Being new to the area, I sometimes have to call with questions (e.g., what about bags of leaves) and they have been very available and responsive. If I were moving to the area again, I would definitely select Twin Bridges.
