If the staff being incredibly rude and apathetic wasn’t enough of a reason not to go here, then the predatory behavior should be. I made a mistake when paying for parking, I had a temporary plate and put the expiration date instead of the actual plate number. Regardless, I paid for my parking and was towed on this technicality. When bringing up the mistake with staff there was no attempt at compromise. When I came to pick up my car the employee treated me as if I was stupid and then demanded $250. He explained that other people had similar situations and they wouldn’t compromise for them either, as if that justified the price. There are horror stories from people in bad financial situations being unjustly towed and then screwed out of similar amounts of money. This is a group of people who do not care about helping you, they only care about being paid. The rates are extortionate and the cash payment only makes the place seem extremely suspicious and, quite frankly, like they have something to hide. If you are looking to get a tow or recover equipment, please choose someone else. If you are a property that tows for illegal parking, please choose someone else. I cannot explain how demotivating it is to know that there are places of business that take advantage of people like g-vegas towing.

I wish i would give zero stars, this place is absolutely horrible and the people who work here are even worse. To start the guy was physical and upset from the start. License plate pictured. The bald shorter African American was the guy. His partner was just doing his job and trying to help. The first guy was not having a good day, obviously. Super physical to everyone trying to say we would pay the drop price in cash then and there. He wouldn’t let us. He got more upset throughout our conversation. Also charged us $80 more than the other car they towed right after our car. Very unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from greenville resident.

This towing company appears to rely on aggressive and predatory enforcement practices, particularly in areas heavily populated by college students. Vehicles are frequently towed with unclear, poorly placed, or inconsistently enforced signage, often late at night or during times when offices are closed and disputes cannot be resolved.<br><br>In my case, the tow occurred despite reasonable attempts to comply with posted parking rules. When questioned, staff were dismissive and unable or unwilling to clearly explain the specific violation, which raises serious concerns about transparency and compliance with local towing ordinances.<br><br>I strongly encourage property managers, apartment complexes, and campus-adjacent landlords to carefully review whether this company’s practices align with their values and legal responsibilities. These kinds of experiences create significant reputational harm, generate formal complaints, and disproportionately impact students and low-income residents.<br><br>Based on the volume of similar reports from other students in the area, this does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a pattern of behavior that warrants closer oversight by contracting entities and local authorities.<br><br>Also- was told it would be $250 cash, when I went to pick up the vehicle they said I had to pay $280. Pretty sure the dude just pocketed the additional $30.
