More than once When I put in for a Tow from my road side assistants though my insurance company. It has beenpicked up by this crappy company. We wait over 2 hours for a tow. Just for it to be canceled within 15 minutes before it is due to arrive. I called for an update today and was told I am on my way now. It was marked incomplete 10 minutes later. Was told by the insurance poeple that the person had been up my area before and can't make to the area. This is bull. Do not use this company it may have a low hook fee but you will be left waiting and more pissed off by the end of it. No body likes to wait for roadside help for over an hour just to start over when it is canceled. This company truly is horrible and I hope they loose their business.

I needed my car towed out of loose dirt/muddy terrain to my home. It was in the evening and the Owner was able to make it out to me in 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful. Although I was less than 5 minutes from home, I feel the pricing was fair considering NC is unregulated with towing prices. I paid $150.
