Shout out to Branden who was so helpful! My shifter in my Yukon went out in the middle of Starbucks drive-thru and I was calling companies to get it towed to my dealership and luckily another company put me on hold for a long time and I ended up calling Jimmys and Branden answered. He was able to tell me what he thought was wrong over the phone and told me he could fix it when he arrived if that was the case. He was quick and fixed it right in the Starbucks drive-thru and got me back up and running. I will forever be grateful for him and his kindness! We still have kind people around, now this is a place I’ll always recommend.
