The people here are extremely nice and helpful. They even drove me home when they knew it was going to take a long time to get to my truck. The servicing of the vehicle itself takes quite awhile though. They get pretty busy. Most of what they explained to me was simple enough for me to understand. I'm a little skeptical about one thing, however. That's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. The bathroom is clean and they have a fairly nice waiting area with excellent coffee with all the fixings. I'm planning to go back and finish up the work I need done.

I brought my vehicle in with the known issue and asked for the part/concern to be replaced (support bearing), which cost no more than $100. I was quoted nearly $2000 for the repair to replace the entire drive shaft. I ended up paying $140 just to replace two TMPS and “troubleshooting” the issue. I ended up doing it myself and saved over $1800. I have spent over $ 3,000 on repairs at this auto shop in the last three years for all my vehicles. They have lost my business.
