ETA was 2 hours 45 minutes... More than 5 hours later still NO call, NO text, NO response, NO SHOW. The company would not respond to myself or the roadside assistance company who contracted them. 1 star is too high of a rating.

My insurance company called this company to tow my vehicle. They said it would be a 45 minute eta ..they NEVER showed up ! I called several times and couldn’t get an answer! I’m very upset and I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone else!!
