Professional - Experience - Courteous - Honest = I have taken every BMW I have owned in the last 15 years to Patrick. He is very thorough with his diagnostics and very honest with his billing. He is very timely with his work and returns my cars when he says he will. I found that his repair times run about 1 to 3 days, according to the repairs required. It is understood that he will not accept outside parts, because he cannot guarantee those parts. It is also understood that he cannot give a diagnosis over the phone until he actually diagnosis' the car on his very accurate computerized machine.
