Classic Collision has definitely exceeded my expectations! They did an amazing job repairing my truck, and the staff was wonderful. Ryan (Estimator) did a phenomenal job, and helped me a great deal throughout the process. I really appreciate how attentive and compassionate he was during this stressful time for me. Martin (Marty) Burke (General Manager) was absolutely amazing! He did not hesitate to address any concerns or questions, and he went above and beyond to assure that the quality of service I received was far above standard. I am truly impressed, and I highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone in need of auto repairs. The staff is friendly, and the quality of work is excellent. I took my SUV in to have the bumper repaired and the there was a driver door had a drft as if the window was down when driving. Also the driver door latch need to be replaced.<br>Needless to say I am still waiting on the latch for the driver door and the bumper keeps popping open as if it wants to fall off. Also the draft is still there. It sounds like the window is open when it is really closed. I have taken my vehicle back there several times and each time I was told the technician assigned to my vehicle was not there. I have also called several time and have got the same response. NO TECHNICIAN. I would not recommend this place for repair to anyone. Poor workmanship.
