I let her know I was on my way, but traffic delayed me. Despite it being past 5:30 PM closing time, Olivia called again to assure me she’d wait. When I arrived 20 minutes late, she greeted me with a smile, had my truck running with the AC on, and efficiently handled the paperwork.<br><br>Olivia’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to stay late made the experience exceptional, saving me a return trip on Saturday.
