I had a great experience at Long Trailer. BOYCE and TERRY were determined to solve my issue. The customer service is outstanding, and the jokes they told, well.... They wont to bad either. . I called several places to find a wheel hub assembly for a 1987 Tracker Marine Trailer. I had no luck, even the Manufacturer could not answer some of the questions I had. Longs was able to answer my questions and resolve my issue the same day. They did good and I'm back on the water fishing. Thank you Longs Trailer!

Installed hub assemblies, without adding grease to the new assembly. Assembly failed the following day, entire trailer almost burned down. When I called the tech said "well they come pre-greased".<br>Scarred spindle beyond repair, now I need an axle.<br><br>As if that wasn't bad enough, when I brought it back after, they refused to work on it anymore.

Excellent quality and amazing customer service! Friend transporting goods from NC to Texas had total brake failure on his trailer. (8x16 Wells Cargo). We contacted Long’s while in transit and asked if they could do an emergency repair. We ended up in traffic and arrived just at closing, but Boyce had a bay waiting, and promised to diagnose & repair at morning opening. All 4 hubs and brakes were compromised, including backing plates. Longs had ALL of the parts in stock and had the rig back on the road by 11 am the next morning! Boyce and his team did a remarkable job in a very short period of time, and at a very fair price. We will use them again for all of our trailer repair needs. Highly recommended.
