Jeff, Charles, and their team were amazing to work with. Very professional, very efficient, and very understanding. A one-day repair for my bumper cover was completed in less than 3.5 hours. Great job matching the paint color. My Honda Fit is better than restored. Highly recommend them for any repair.

I am very disappointed with Fender Mender’s customer service this morning. We have used them in the past to repair our minivan, which was insurance work and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. However, when I took my truck in for a quote to have the front bumper replaced, this is how my conversation with the gentleman at the front desk went. Me “Can I get a quote on replacing this front bumper?” Gentleman “Do you want the brackets replaced?” Me “I just need the bumper replaced.” Gentleman “No we do not do work for people like you, that is like asking me to build you a house without a foundation.” Me “Oh, well I don’t know what it entails to do a job like that so whatever you have to do please quote that.” Gentleman “Nope, we don’t do work for people like you you’ll have to go somewhere else. Have a good day, good bye.” I was left speechless. Nothing he did was illegal, they are a business that is totally allowed to deny work if they want to. I don’t know the first thing about repairing vehicles, but I am a business owner and I know that as a professional in a trade sometimes we need to educate the client on what needs to be done, or if a job has a bigger scope then the client had originally intended. Instead I left Fender Mender feeling like I was the bad guy, and somehow asking them to do something shady when I just wanted a quote to fix my bumper. I assumed a business called “Fender Mender” would be able to mend my fender, but I am still unsure of why they are incapable of doing this job. Hopefully this review can prepare future clients to set an expectation of customer service being low, although I’m sure they do great work. I’m also hoping this review can help Fender Mender improve on its client experience side. Or maybe he was just having a really bad morning and I caught him at a bad time, and this may be a one off situation. It does look like they have a lot of really good reviews, so that may be the case.

We had a small dent in the rear right quarter panel of our Chevy suburban. Jeff Ryback came out and took a look at it and took it into the shop. He brought the vehicle back about 10 minutes later, completely repaired. We asked what we owed him and he said nothing. We were flabbergasted but extremely grateful. If you go there you will see on the walls how many letters and notes they have received about their excellent service and this is just one more example. We took him a bunch of assorted brownies the following week to thank him and he was extremely surprised and grateful, too. I can't say enough about how I would recommend this shop. It is the epitome of excellent service that you rarely see anymore. Thank you Jeff and Fender Menders!
