Chris came to the rescue. I'm from out of state so I was nervous about the situation. They put me at ease, the woman in the office reassured me they had someone coming. When the tech showed up, Chris was very courteous and compassionate to my nervousness, he even showed me how to get my key unstuck if it ever happened again. I highly advocate for a pay raise for him. Was offered a ride home, and he made good conversation in the truck so I felt at ease and much better about the situation. Thankyou again!

I need a tow at least once a year, due to my many projects, offroading, and large number of vehicles. I use my roadside assistance for towing coverage, so I don’t ever get to choose the company that is selected to handle my tow. Thankfully, due to random dumb luck, Shane from Rapid Towing has been assigned to me 3 times in a row now, and it’s always a great experience. I went into a ditch up in the hills, and ended up 4ft deep in a 10ft deep snow drift along a road that was completely covered in slick ice. So much so, that it was like a skating rink and just pulled the tow truck back towards my vehicle. So Shane found a creative way to use the nearby terrain for leverage, and safely pulled my 4Runner out like a frontiersman who’s been doing this work for 45 years. Great work, as always.
