I had the worst experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my truck was damaged the driver’s door was dented, the paint was scratched off on the driver side of the bed, and my tow mirror was broken clean off. When I tried to confront the driver about the damage, instead of taking responsibility, he became hostile and made racist comments right in front of me and my Black girlfriend. Completely unacceptable behavior on top of the physical damage to my vehicle. It’s taken me about six months to finally write this review because I couldn’t even find where to leave one until now, but I feel people need to know what kind of treatment and lack of professionalism to expect i recommend you push your car home instead of calling this place

I had a terrible experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my car was damaged and left with a noticeable dent that was not there before they touched my vehicle. When I tried to calmly confront the driver about the damage, the situation only got worse.<br><br>Instead of taking responsibility or even speaking professionally, the driver became hostile and made offensive, racially charged comments in front of me. That behavior was completely unacceptable and shocking.<br><br>Between the damage to my car and the way i was treated, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had

I recently had a very upsetting experience with this towing company. During the service, my vehicle ended up with damage, including a tire that was flat afterward. I can’t say for sure what happened during the tow, but the condition of my car when it was returned was extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>When I tried to talk to the driver about it, the interaction made things even worse. The way he spoke to me felt completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially with my kids standing right there. It left us shaken and uncomfortable, and it’s not something I ever expected to deal with during a simple towing service.<br><br>Overall, this experience was stressful and unprofessional from my point of view, and I would not feel comfortable using this company again.
