Let me start with please reach out to me Mr. Diego and I am sure we can improve on this. Now, first impression upon coming in was great. 10/10 for the front desk lady, my apologies for your name slipping my mind at the time of review. Then we got to the checkout and that's where things get shifty. First off, they wouldn't let us check if the lugs on the tires fit the car we have when we asked to simply bring the tires back there ourselves (still inside the fenced in juck yard) and just dry fit it on the same year and model. The staff really seemed to not know what they were and we're not allowed to do. Secondly, the price changed on the rims we were trying to buy 2 times and then they denied giving us a military discount even though the sign up front was pretty clear about it. Even after I showed my VA ID. So we ended up paying an additional 25-30% (not gonna do the exact math right now) for something marked for $200. I won't be back as of writing this review from a customers perspective. I will make sure to recommend all my customers to avoid this place as an owner of a used car dealership. Not to mention the veteran community here will also receive the same negative recommendation for this place whenever junkyards get brought up.

I went last October and purchase a set of wheels and 2 small parts I ask if all wheels were good like the one on top I was told yes I paid and I start loading the fist wheel the second and third were damage with a large crack inside tires wasn’t holding air unfortunately I couldn’t get money back cause manager Diego wasn’t there I was Tod to go back next day didn’t took those wheels next day Diego told me nothing he can’t do cause I didn’t purchase warranty so he suggest to take it with my bank and my bank didn’t give me money back cause I did sign the receipt so I was ok I’m going back to get those wheels since I paid for them I pull up to talk to Diego and he sold them and he still told me I left them so he wasn’t responsible if we are in the middle of a dispute why you sold my wheels besides he’s a terrible manager he talk to me in front of all customers not professional at all

literally laughing out loud. I don't think that this place could get any more ridiculous than what it is now. I guess that's what happens when you're the biggest salvage yard company in the world. We're just little old Greensboro we don't need you guys here, we can bring somebody else in. I guess things are changing cuz I googled it and got conflicting feedback. They charged me $5 and something for each shoe. Each rear brake shoe is a charge. Where I come from and the way they used to do it here in Greensboro NC. They were sold in pairs. Also I made a big deal quite some time ago about environmental fees and I couldn't find anywhere that they were doing anything wrong I guess you could say or choose your own word. But there is no environmental fee on my receipt this time. Also the warranty is a joke. If you don't buy the extended warranty which in and of itself implies that there is a warranty without buying the extended warranty. But you can't return the part now without buying the extended warranty. Okay whatever, I wasn't planning on returning a brake shoe anyway. But just the way that the young gentleman looked down at me from up above and told me I "can't return the park then" that was his answer to me declining the extended warranty. No problem ! $17.05, I spent $3 getting in so I only had $17 in my pocket with my credit card. (I would like to share something with everyone ,my credit score is up to 829) Wow ! look at me ! So I say, as I'm looking up at the young man. Let me go to the car and get a nickel guy cuz I don't want to put a Nick on my credit card. (I really don't want to use my credit card at all if I have cash in my pocket, that's just me.) He looks down at me, smiles, "oh I can't do that." I said what do you mean you can't do that ? I guess he thought that I was asking him to give me the product take my $17 which he already had in his hand and trust me to come back with a nickel. I've been on the planet for 6 and 1/2 decades so I know that I have more knowledge than the young man peering down at me, telling me how things are. Just hang on to the stuff give me my money (he's not going to trust me to come back with a nickel I'm not going to trust him to hold my 17 bucks, and I go to get a nickel. A nickel. If it's drawer would have been short at the end of the day a nickel short he would have been fired. I don't know that and I don't know that that's what he meant but he could not do that. Whatever it is that he thought I was asking him he couldn't do. He couldn't let me go without a nickel. A nickel. Let me say that again. A nickel. LOLOLOLOL and yes I don't use lol unless I am literally laughing out loud. No problem I figured it out first I went down the road and had a great day. My brakes work great. Don't buy from them Africans on English Street !!! They give you an inspection sheet with the vehicle that says that the emergency brake is functioning. I'm a Libra the universe loves us you really need to learn how to treat us. Good luck to you guys you're going to need it.
