Absolutely predatory company!!!! They take advantage of students and low-income families around the University of Memphis. I parked at the blood donor center with a parking pass from the center itself to donate blood. Since there was a line, I went to class and came right back afterward to donate—but my car was already towed, barely 1.5 hours later.<br><br>They charged nearly $300, which is outrageous. The signs are barely visible and extremely limited for such a large parking lot, so there’s no way of knowing which spots are allowed or not. While you make money from your shady business, at least update your towing signs, put more of them, and make them visible. When I tried to explain the situation, the office staff was rude and Mr. White even hung up on me.<br><br>Even the blood center staff reached out to Mr. White to confirm that I had a valid parking pass and told him the situation was unfair—but he still refused to help. You prey on people who can barely pay their rent and are just trying to get by. You’ll get no good out of stealing hard-earned money from those struggling to survive—your income is cursed. Do your business with some dignity. I’ll be exploring legal options to report this shady practice.

The signage is poorly placed when the lot is full, the boards are barely visible.<br><br>We went to retrieve the car within an hour of it being towed, yet were still charged an extra $30 for “storage.” On top of that, there was an additional $12.75 charge labeled as a labor fee, which feels completely unjustified. These fees come across as unnecessary overcharges.<br><br>The front desk staff treated us dismissively, as if asking reasonable questions about the fees was out of line.<br><br>Please consider making your signage more visible and reconsider the practice of piling on extra charges. Students are already under financial strain, and these policies feel unnecessarily harsh.

Tim showed up to pick up my wrecked truck. Not only was he quick and efficient, he dropped my truck perfectly right in my driveway next to two other vehicles without even trying hard. My driveway is narrow and on a pretty decent hill, and I thought I was going to have to try to back the truck on the driveway myself. Tim is a damn good driver!!!
