We experienced one of Mace’s drivers driving EXTREMELY wrecklessly last night on 40 between Jackson and Memphis sometime between 7 and 8pm. While I was in the left hand lane behind at lease two other cars, and this Mace’s driver came barreling up behind me, got WAYYYY too close, and was flashing his lights at me. There was nowhere for me to go, so he then swerved into the right lane extremely close behind a Tacoma, and flashed his lights at them as well. There was a decent amount of traffic, so there wasn’t really anywhere for us to go, and we were all traveling at or above the speed limit. The driver then cut me off and got in between me and the car in front of me, I had to slam on my breaks. The driver in the Tacoma was visibly as upset as I was. This overly aggressive driving continued. It was dark, on the interstate, and he was driving like only his life mattered. My husband called Mace’s because at this point, we were genuinely worried a wreck was going to happen. I mean, he was within 3 or 4 feet of the back of the Tacoma at one point, and had gotten so close to the back of my SUV that I couldn’t see his headlights anymore. The person who answered the phone did not care at all that one of their drivers was endangering the lives of others, and only cared whether or not he had been in an accident. She told us to just call highway patrol. This driver could have killed someone. I’ve included a photo we took so I could remember the name of the company showing the truck and the Tacoma, and this was not at all the closest he got to the rear of the Tacoma.

Disgusting predatory towing.<br>They impound truck and trailer without a warrant or approval.<br>Truck and trailer were legaly parked, and they came - hooked it up and took it.<br>After spending a full day of looking for our equipment, we found that these disgusting company got it.<br>They charged:<br>- Lockout Service ( to unlawfully unlock and enter our truck before towing it ) $150<br>- Cage brakes $100<br>- Gate fee $150<br>- Storage $263.40<br><br>For an insane total of $1333.40<br><br>Held the eqipment hostage until we paid, and refused to provide proof, of who why and when the towing impound was ordered.<br><br>Lowest of the low, complete scam artist and criminal crooks!<br>DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

Mace's towed my RV after a fire and they were extremely professional and helpful during the event and after. The driver was pleasant and helpful and the office ladies kick but for their service! Can't recommend them enough!
