Started communicating with tow driver at 5pm to set up a tow. I was headed to Memphis from Nashville so I thought contacting a tow service in Memphis would be the most logical option. Tow driver initially responded with a price of $350, after further details tow driver said price would be $400, and then $450. At 5:09pm tow driver explained that he would be able to head my way in 30 minutes. I said ok cool. I was stopped at mile marker 100, and I needed to be towed a distance of 111 miles. I knew it would take about 90 minutes to get to me, so I waited patiently. I made some calls and watched some sports on my phone and then realized it was now 8p. I sent a text to check on the eta. At 8:08p tow driver responded and said he been on the road headed to me for about 30 minutes. I said ok and continued waiting. More time went by and it’s now 10p. I called and tow driver stated that a beacon light fell off his truck, he had to pull over to fix that, took about 30 minutes or so, then get gas and that he would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour later, I called, no answer. I then texted to see if the driver was still en route and if not just let me know so I could figure something else out. He responded with yes he is on the way and that he wouldn’t play games like that. But playing games is exactly what he was doing. He was never on the way. Once he mentioned the price, gathered more details and realized he underestimated the situation and value, instead of just being upfront and letting me know that it would cost more, he decided to just lie and play in my face like he was coming although he never intended to show up. Which resulted in me being stuck on the side of the road for 6 hours. Granted I gave too much patience and grace, but I didn’t expect it to be just blatant lies and games. I know me taking the time to review changes nothing and the company will still get business. But just beware, you might get service or you might get lied to with no regard for your time. Definitely would not recommend or use this company going forward. Google should allow to give 0 or negative stars. Sometimes the cheapest option is the worst option. Contacted a different company, paid $500 and was gone in 30 minutes.

I just want to say you did me wrong for no reason. Just remember what goes around comes around. I literally called you to receive a quote and you took my info and gave me a quote. You lied to me twice. Saying someone was going to call. I received no call and I called back. I literally asked you to please not to leave me stranded. Then you said you had a driver on the way, that they would arrive in 45 minutes. Going on two hours now. That's sad. Why lie? I even called back three times and text. No answer. Very sad. But it's all good. You live and you learn. It's always your own kind.
