I want to praise Manny towing and recovery. After my mom's wreck, she was having to deal with a lot. R & D Towing and recovery from Waverly, Tn were so horrible to her. They were called to tow mom's car from the scene to a local lot until insurance gave further instructions. All they wanted was money NOW. They yelled at my mom and threatened her. Mom (not the insurance) had to call to have her car towed to the Murfreesboro toyota repair shop. Manny was referred to us. He was so amazing! So sweet and nice. Very helpful and communicated with my mom every step of the way. I highly recommend him. I dont care where I am, if I ever need a tow, I will call Manny. Thank you so much for helping and respecting my mom.

Great customer service!! Manny was very kind and ended up holding some belongings that I had forgotten in my car after my wreck. He honestly turned horrible experience into a tolerable one.

Huge shout out to Fabian (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) at Manny’s for helping us TWICE this week. My son is 16 and had a flat at school. He came and helped teach him how to put the spare on and sent him to the gas station down the road to put additional air in. We had it patched under the hazard protection and two days later- flat again. He just left my home for service trip #2 to tow it to the tire shop. Super fast, super friendly, can’t recommend enough. Thank you!!
