Carlos went above and beyond helping me get my Tesla out of the impound lot after an accident. They wouldn't let him go into the yard to pick up the vehicle and because the airbags deployed, the Tesla would not go in neutral. After two battery boxes and many attempts to get it in to tow mode, it finally worked but the car wouldn't drive so Carlos helped me push it all the way to the entrance where he was allowed to pick it up. It was a hot and sweaty 1+ hr ordeal and Carlos was super helpful! Thanks so much man!

Alex, the tow truck driver, analyzed the situation correctly right away--a battery problem. He jumped-started our new car, and the engine revved to life right away. From his diagnostic, he determined that we needed a new battery. Also, he showed the location of the battery poles so that I could jump the car myself--something I really welcomed! I really appreciated the quick response when my battery had died on a Sunday. They came and replaced my battery in less than an hour. Very grateful they were able to do it so quickly!
