Richard with Pro Tow Wrecker Service is the man! I work for Barebones Auto & Diesel Repair in Denton. Pro Tow has been towing for us for years. Richard has towed several cars for me and my customers. Every time he is there, I always here a positive comment from customers about how helpful he was. When our customers are in a bad enough situation to need a tow. Way overpriced! For towing my dump truck a mile and a half they charged me hourly rate but they added their driving time to get to my truck and also driving time back to their yard. Plus $183 fuel for a total of close to $1,300. I own and operate a trucking company and know what I’m talking about. You won’t get any more business from me or anyone I know in the industry. I also would recommend training the employees who answer the phone to explain better your prices

I had an unfortunate car break down Sunday afternoon and Pro-Tow rescued me. The driver Richard tried his best to keep me on the road but the vehicle needed a tow to the shop. Richard was very careful with the tow and went above to avoid any damage done to the vehicle. Pro-Tow has a great driver, thanks guys!
