They deserve a (-) Zero. They towed my car in the middle of the night. While parked in the reserved parking space authorized by the leasing office. I had to call police stations and more find out where my car was located and paid over 300 dollars at the storage yard and that’s when I say everything laying on the ground underneath the car. LC Towing ripped the undercarriage/cover that covers oil pan, etc from my car and has refused to cover the damages they caused. My car was fine until LC Towing towed it. They need to be held responsible for the damage they did to my car.

They towed my vehicle from an apartment complex and damaged it in the process. Granted, it was minimal to them (the door/window frames were pulled out when attempting to gain access to my vehicle causing water to enter the car when it rained and excessive wind noise) but I reported the damage to them as soon as I noticed it at the tow yard and simply wanted to get assistance to get this issue resolved. Paying hundreds to retrieve the car from the tow yard then paying to get it fixed is not ideal for anyone. It’s really the principle of the matter.<br>There is good money in tow services, so it’s really a shame to be so greedy when it comes to taking care of members of your community.<br><br>They falsely insulted the condition of my vehicle and refused to provide their pictures before and after it was towed… after asking me to provide pictures of my vehicle not damaged before they towed it (which I surprisingly able to provide with dates and time stamps).<br><br>I was nothing but respectful and transparent in my correspondence to this company and was met with hostility. Such a shame.

Be careful these guys will tow you for no reason at all. They towed my car for no sticker even though I clearly have one on the windshield. These guys are always on the prowl, 90% of the time I see them, they are towing someone’s vehicle and the other 10%, you can see them split up one walking and another driving slowly, looking for any excuse at all to tow your car, legally or illegally.<br><br>Also it took 4 days before I learned about my car was towed and only because I finally noticed it was missing and had to track it myself. That cost an extra $90. Be on the lookout if you work from home, by the time I got notified in the mail it was 15 days later which would cost an additional ~$330.
