I had a tire come off my car while I was driving it on the highway. This place was one of the approved shops for towing from Triple A and was the closest. I was initially impressed with them, I liked the categorized estimate with pictures and explanations, but then they charged me $1500 dollars for a single wheel. I asked them why and they gave several reasons I was suspect of, like it was a premium part that wasn't readily available. When I took my car to a different shop later to get new tires, they told me that same part was $472 and they'd never heard someone charged so much for a single wheel before. Christian Brothers also didn't do an alignment check on a car that had lost a tire and had a brake rotor drag on the road at 20 miles an hour, so my car wobbled greatly after paying them a total of 3 grand. Discount Tire realigned my car for 90 bucks in 10 minutes. It's so frustrating as I really wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful every time I interacted with them. The work was done quickly and appeared to be comprehensive on the surface. It's just that Christian Brothers has a very nice facade while leaving the job half finished at an outrageous price. Go anywhere else.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Lubbock, Tx, is the BEST Repair Business in this town. They truly care and want to fix your vehicle correctly, the FIRST TIME. John is an awesome employee, as he explains every detail to you about what is wrong and how they want to fix the problem. I would give this facility 100+ stars, as I have used them since they began service in Lubbock, TX. Del is another great employee. Go in and ask for either of these guys. You will appreciate the care and concern that they have in getting your vehicle fixed correctly. I have used them since they began business in Lubbock. Would not go anywhere else!!! They fix the problem the FIRST time. An Awesome Place.

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman Chris Negen, he was able to get my vehicle taken care of!! I definitely feel the presence of God here!! There is a complimentary table for guests! Love the Christian music!! Definitely recommend this place for oil changes or any other automotive repairs!! If I could put 10 stars I would!! God bless!!
