We live out of state, and our daughter attends Texas Tech. Last December, she had an issue with her car, and this shop was amazing—they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in just one day. Fast forward to this week: her check engine light came on again, and when she took it back, they honored the warranty and repaired the part at no cost. It’s such a relief to have a repair shop we can trust to take care of our daughter’s car when we’re not nearby. Highly recommend!

After changing my plugs my accidently messed up a ground wire but couldn't trace it.<br>So I replaced everything along what the code read what could be the problem.<br>Aps,knock sensor,throttle body.<br>Then told me to put another throttle body still nothing.<br>Then told me it was the ecm and I should order it.<br>I order it and it was close to $300 so I then took my pickup and new computer and they didn't want to fix it.<br>So I went to Proctor on 34th and Indiana where they fixed to ground wire.<br>They advertise that they would not tell you to put something on your vehicle that's not needed.<br>I'm here to tell you that's not true at all.<br>I still have the computer that they told me to buy but wouldn't honor what they said.<br>So I'm tired of seeing that commercial of lies.

I just had an alignment done this time, but I've had lots of other repairs done by Scott's automotive. They've always been fast, courteous, and honest!! Definitely recommend!!
