Unfortunately these reviews are true not great, um personally wouldn’t recommend I called for a flat and ended up breaking 3 lugs & my wheel hub they said it was prior definitely not lol. Ended up having to take to Mercedes dealer spend over a grand on repairs they acted really tough over the phone was interesting. and if your knowledgeable in the field and ask questions they are not happy campers over all -100 wouldn’t recommend. The guys who helped transfer me tho deserve a raise nice guys

Brought my work van in for an oil change, was told there was no wait over the phone, when I arrived I was told all the mechanics were at lunch so I returned at 1pm, then was told it would be an hour wait. So I waited, and after an hour had passed I went to the front desk and asked how much longer the wait would be and was told an hour and a half. So to clarify, called at 11:30am, was told no wait, went to lunch and came back, ended up leaving at 2pm after being told it would still be another hour and a half.
