Not a good experience today at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I needed to get my battery tested (and turns out purchase a new battery) but they said we had to remove the battery ourselves from the truck for testing, and that they couldn't put a new one in if the battery was bad And the clerk didn't know anyone who could install it. Not one bit helpful. We drove down the street to AutoZone and within 20 minutes we had the battery tested without having to remove it, purchased a new battery and and had it installed by an AutoZone team member. We know where we will go in the future with our auto needs, and it isn't O'Reilly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called “manager” Trent is the absolute worst. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I've had two separate interactions with him, and both times he treated me like I was an idiot — clearly talking down to me just because I’m a woman.<br>He refused to honor a perfectly valid return and acted like he was doing me a favor just by speaking to me. His tone was arrogant, dismissive, and downright nasty. I’ve worked with cars long enough to know when someone’s being intentionally disrespectful, and this guy made it painfully clear he has zero interest in treating customers like actual human beings.<br>I’ll never set foot in this store again, and I suggest anyone expecting basic decency steer clear too.<br><br>Due to this experience I had to go to a different location where I was treated with respect and my return was honored.
