I went to pick up my car from impound and it was visibly damaged. The police report from when the vehicle was towed stated there was no visible damage. The staff chose to deny any fault, even tho they had no photos of the car before it was towed. They are supposed to take photos of the vehicle prior to towing. The staff was more than incredibly rude, and decided to cuss me out and invade my personal space to be threatening. The mark left on the dent was blue. Their only excuse for this was “we don’t have anything blue in the lot”. I spotted multiple blue pieces of equipment and vehicles they could have hit. I have filed a police report against this company, and I would discourage anyone from using their service. Maybe if the business owner was less invested in replying to google reviews calling them “fraudulent” and more invested in providing quality service, they would have a higher rating. I would rate them 0 stars if that were possible on Google.

They should not accept your payment until a tow has been confirmed. We set up a tow and after about 10 minutes, it said I was refunded my 169.00 in which I did not receive a refund. It will actually take 3-5 business days. I'm glad it wasn't my last. If your strapped for funds don't do True Towing, it was a waste of time and money gone for a few days now.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid online and requested my tow, and they were very quick to charge my card. From there, I was paired with a tow truck that was said to arrive in 30 minutes. I was relieved and happy.<br><br>The wait time changed to 873 mins. I called the tow truck driver (which is an option on the app) and he told me that the call was cancelled and he told True Towing.<br><br>I called True Towing upset and confused because I received ZERO notification that my call was cancelled. I was left stranded thinking help was on the way.<br><br>I spoke to an agent who showed some concern but was ultimately incompetent. I was placed on hold twice, and was then told that a new dispatch was sent and will be with me shortly. Seconds after the call disconnects, I receive a text that my service is cancelled and I will be refunded in 3-5 business days.<br><br>Not only was I completely misinformed and mistreated, but my money was taken by the company and will be held for a delay.<br><br>I would urge to stay away from this service as much as you can.
