Their tow truck drivers were highly rude. Personally I believe it's highly rude to smoke while on the job, and glaring. When nothing we did was wrong other than watch the car. In the end we weren't able to collect everything from the vehicle. Theres a reason the name says "lost" in it. A lot of our stuff went missing.

The only con I have is pricing but it's two fold. I had the unfortunate opportunity to use these guys 4 times. That's not on them. DON'T ASK. But they charged me more at one point to go a shorter distance than a further trip. After calculations they charge $8-$10 a mile. That exceeds the national average by a lot. They were always professional but maybe because they charge a lot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Came on my property to tow a neighbors car and damaged my driveway. The owner lied and de ied having any equipment on my driveway until we showed him video with his flatbed on the driveway. These guys are liars and scam artists. Already filed a complaint with the police.
