I currently own a 2021 F750 rollback built buy Rocky Mountain and had a lightbar wiring harness accident mishap that was 100% my doing. Result: a couple of broken harness connectors and several broken wires amongst a spaghetti rainbow of wires, and I didn't know where to reconnect them .<br>I called in to the Service department and spoke to Jeff. A few calls, texts, and pictures later, and Jeff advised me EXACTLY how to reconnect all the wires! I cannot express enough how appreciative I am for the long distance help I received and how patient Jeff was with the whole situation. many years in the industry and have struggled with poor venderos for my equpiment and people that acutally care and do the research to find the odd ball stuff that break on my tow trucks till recently rocky mountain has been awsome so much better than online vendors that have no clue or local trucking company that sell few off the self parts but cant help with any acutal parts fot the tow units but Braiden has been rock start hes found every hard to find part for my new and old truck i highly recomend these guys if your looking for good customer service and knowalgable parts deparment
