This Yard is very well put together and is very easy to get around. Your prices are more than fair and your staff up front are courteous and smart too. I accidentally left my wallet at the counter when I checked in and was in the yard for at least 2 hours and panicked when I went to pay but she had it there for me. Thank You again and like arnold says I'll BACK.

They are very bad at dealing with customers. My experience was with them. I bought parts for my car and picked them up. I was surprised when I arrived at the person who repairs the car for me, to tell me that these parts are not valid and have damage, and he told me to go and return these parts. When I went to them and arrived there, I told him that these parts did not fit and I wanted to return them, and to his surprise, he was upset and refused to return these parts to me and told me that these parts were not his and that there was no stick number in them, but he was lying. I advise everyone to be careful of these and thank you.

After my accident, we decided to not keep the car. Stacey said she would get back to me on our desired amount for our vehicle.and she did. They were prompt, came at the arranged time and paid in cash. Stacey mad it easy to give them the necessary paperwork and I consider them trustworthy people to work with.

This is one of the better pick a part yards Iβve been to. Itβs big and the the selection is usually better than any other in utah. The pricing however reflects they are trying to squeeze every last penny out of these vehicles. Yesterday I purchased a inside door handle for my work van. The price was a little high thinking it was covered in bird shiz and wasnβt complete but itβs a part Iβve been looking for for a while now I have it so whatever Iβll pay. Later when I looked at my receipt I realized why it was priced high. I got charged for interior trim piece, door handle and electrical switch. Three items for a part that is one unit? Weβll like I said they have a good selection but be ready to pay. I have noticed this to be a trend with most of the pick a part yards these days. Definitely tightening up the ship. Bottom line is the dollar.

Price is amazing! Service is amazing! What more can you ask for? I might wait in line for a bit but thatβs because they are giving EVERY customer great service. So I never mind the wait! Thank you for making all my transactions easy, fair and fast.
They gave me $275 for my 2000 plymouth neon. it wasn't even running any more and it had pretty bad body damage. they seemed to be honest and upfront about what they would pay and they didn't cheat me at all.
Thank you for your prompt service and help. I could not get the hood down and the person who came to tow it helped me get it to latch.

This place is an absolute scam. They intentionally leave their towing signs confusing, and in darkened areas in order to lure people into parking, and then tow them.We parked in a parking lot next to a closed coffee shop with several other cars. We had dinner went back to our car to find it was towed. I talked with a man in a white crossover who told us that it had been towed, and we called the number at 9:56 pm and were told that it would be at least an hour before our car was fully processed. We headed back home in our friends car only to get a text 5 minutes later informing us that our car was finished. We arrived at the towing lot with several other people and were helped by a nice kid who was unfortunately being yelled at by multiple people for the same reason.Once we got our car, I started the appeal process and quickly received a blanket denied request. I called the tow company trying to reach Elizabeth, who refused to take my call and hid behind a young girl on the phone repeating the same statement over and over.I did not ask for an entire refund, but a slight discount because the total cost of retrieving my car was almost 300 dollars, and they had my car in their possession(from the time they saw it and started to tow, to the time i drove off with my car) for less than an hour. They refuse to listen or talk to people even when they are trying their hardest to be polite and understanding. This place is a joke and a scam.

This was the number on the sign of the parking lot that my mom's car disappeared from so I called to ask about my moms car being towed. The guy answered the phone "yeah." I asked him if he had the car and gave him the address it was towed from and a description of the car. I said I needed to know if it was stolen or towed so I can make a police report if it was stolen. He said something over me. I asked "sorry what?" because he spoke while I was talking and he repeated in an annoyed tone "call the cops". He said he wouldn't look for mom's car unless we call the police. I said "ok thanks" and I hung up. My husband has been towed before to a different company and they seemed to want us to pay them. This company, not so much. We called the cops and it was towed by a different company. Lol any guesses why the company changed so abruptly for that parking lot? Probably because of the rude way things are handled here. May we never meet again.
I have been going to sommers since I was a kid. Great parts, great deals, lots of history there.
