I locked my keys in my vehicle and was quoted $135 for a simple lockout service. That’s outrageous considering Salt Lake Towing did the exact same thing for just $40. It only took about 10 minutes, including the drive over. There's no need to overcharge people in stressful situations — it feels like price gouging. I recommend calling around before agreeing to anything. There are definitely more honest and affordable options out there. I waited 6 hours for progressive roadside assistance before I decided to call other tow agencies. I waited on hold forever and never spoke to a person at any of the agencies I called except this one. They had a nice guy out to tow my car within 20 mins. Decent and fair price. Highly recommend.
