Great service from the driver, but the dispach lady is as shady and crooked as they come.<br>I was quoted <$100 to jump start my car at the airport and as soon as the driver left they charged me an additional $40 that they did not disclose. This is a pretty lousy company to not stand behind their quote, especially for a 3 minute job!

Cartow Towing, thank you for the best possible experience! Casey and Aaron especially - your kind, calm, speedy, safe, and professional handling of my rescue from a really busy and dangerous spot on the freeway this morning was a thing of beauty, from each phone conversation to the pickup, to delivering me and my car to the auto shop. I wish every person finding themself in such a situation could have access to such care and professionalism. (Price I paid is marked as "Not sure" only because the tow was set up through my car insurance provider.)

Incredibly unhelpful and rude. Getting your car towed is already a bad day. Requiring a notary (after calling once and driving there) feels downright predatory. I hope this business goes out of business and everyone who works there becomes Doordashers.
